ICTSA rule change


We wish to bring the following ICTSA rule change to the attention of intending participants.  Any queries should be directed to the ICTSA.


The ICTSA arranges for the hosting of registered competitions for its members as part of its selection criteria for each discipline. Priority shall be given at all times to ICTSA members only for any registered event by all Clubs and grounds. There is NO obligation on any Club or ground to allow any person other than a fully paid ICTSA member to enter any event, such persons to include but not limited to, non paid members, lapsed members, day insurance, guest member, a member of any other associations including those affiliated to the ICTSC and ICTSF.


Residents of the Republic of Ireland are excluded from any ICTSA event using membership of ICTSC/ICTSF Associations other than the ICTSA membership or any other association. Where such an entrant wishes to claim non-residency, a current Garda visitor’s firearms certificate must be produced.
